I’m a little unsure about this one. The charges didn’t feel super clear to me, and that made me kind of wary. I don’t mind paying for something if I know what I’m being charged for, but this felt a bit TOO vague.

I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect here. But support got back to me quicker than I thought and helped clear up my billing question. It did take one extra message to fully sort it out, but overall it was a good experience and made me feel a little better about giving them a chance

I used Rocket Lawyer for a couple of basic forms, the price seemed fair compared to trying to call a local lawyer for something small. I’m usually the person who ends up paying way more than expected for stuff like this, so I was relieved it didn’t feel like a total money grab.

The only thing is the subscription part made me nervous the whole time. I had to make sure I canceled when I was done, because those things always seem to catch people like me off guard. It wasn’t perfect, but the costs were clear enough, and I didn’t walk away feeling ripped off.

It didn’t really seem like they looked closely at my situation. Like i said, it wasn’t terrible or anything, just didn’t feel worth it for me.

The instructions and info weren’t as clear as I expected, so I kept finding myself double-checking everything instead of feeling like it was handled.
When I reached out for help, the pattern was pretty much the same: slow replies and answers that didn’t really clear things up. For something as important as registered agent mail, I wanted it to feel organized and straightforward. I eventually canceled and wish I had gone with a different company from the start.

Changing my plan and checking my billing was straightforward. I did get a little confused at one point, or maybe I was just overthinking it, but support cleared it up quickly.

I had a tough time using the site. I was just trying to find one form, but I kept clicking through menus and somehow ending up on pages that didn’t seem related. Everything felt a bit cluttered, and after a while I was like, why is this taking so long when it should be simple? It was just frustrating and not really a great experience.

I got my document right away and the download worked without any issues. Straightforward overall, and even if there had been a tiny hiccup, it wouldn’t have been a big deal...

I used Rocket Lawyer mostly because I needed to get a document signed online, the e-signature part was smooth. My client was able to open it and sign without any drama, which was great. I also liked being able to see when it was finished, because I am totally calm and definitely not checking things repeatedly. The menus did take me a little while to figure out at first, but once I got around that, it worked fine for what I needed
